Naturalization and Oath Ceremony Protection Act
This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to guarantee that immigrants with approved naturalization applications have a statutory right to participate in an oath ceremony and finalize their citizenship, prohibiting the Department of Homeland Security from delaying or canceling the ceremony based on generalized policies, nationality, or religion rather than individualized findings of fraud or ineligibility.
