Anchors Away Act

This bill says a person "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for purposes of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment if at least one parent is a citizen, LPR, or an alien with lawful status performing active service in the armed forces. Additionally, the bill makes pregnant women inadmissible as nonimmigrants unless they are married to an American citizen.
