SNAP Citizenship and Residency Act of 2026

This bill bars an individual who is a member of a household otherwise eligible to participate in SNAP from eligibility to participate as a member of that or any other household unless such individual is an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence as an immigrant and has lawfully resided in the United States for a 10-year period beginning on the date of being so admitted.
