No Exceptions for Non-Citizens Voting Act

This bill amends the Federal criminal statute regarding voting by aliens to remove the existing exceptions. The bill also makes any alien who has voted in violation of any Federal, State, or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, or regulation inadmissible and deportable.
