Marianas Tourism Advancement Act of 2026

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to statutorily mandate the inclusion of India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Mongolia in the Guam and Northern Mariana Islands Visa Waiver Program. Crucially, it curtails DHS enforcement authority by imposing strict procedural roadblocks (including mandatory economic impact assessments, consultations with local territorial governors, and a 60-day congressional notice requirement) before the Secretary can suspend a participating country for unlawful presence, asylum fraud, or security threats.
